At INK’D London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our London studio; please keep your postage receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
